Once you download the Calendar (Excel) file from the link
above and save it to your computer, simply open Outlook, and
open your Calendar.
Then - go to File and down to Import/Export.
Select “Import from another program or file” and click “Next”
Select “Microsoft Excel” then click “Next”
Browse to find the file you just saved to your computer. It
is named “medc_calendar.xls”.
Select the file, and click “OK”.
Choose “Replace Duplicates with items Imported” if you want
these events to overwrite any entries you may already have in
your calendar. “Allow Duplicates” will add
another
event to your calendar even if you already have the event
listed. “Do not import duplicate items” will ignore any
entries in this new file that you may already have in your
calendar.
Click "Next"
Be
sure your “Calendar” is highlighted and click on “Next”. If
you have a separate calendar created just for MEDC
events/meetings, then choose that calendar instead.
Then click on Finish.
