Assistant City Manager The City of Kirksville, a
community of 17,000, located in northeast
Missouri, is seeking an experienced Assistant City
Manager. General responsibilities include:
existing employer retention and expansion,
commercial and industrial recruitment and
expansion, block grant administration, affordable
housing program management, telecommunications,
community marketing and business district
redevelopment. Minimum requirements Bachelor’s
Degree in Public Administration, Political
Science, Business Management or closely related
field and two years related experience. Starting
