Northeast Missouri Electric Power Cooperative is seeking a highly talented and motivated individual for Manager of Economic Development. Bachelors Degree in Economic Development, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Minimum five (5) years work experience in economic or industrial development, or marketing, preferably with an electric utility. Applicant must have knowledge of economic development and coordinate industrial, commercial and community development needs with Northeast Power's Member-Distribution Cooperatives. Responsibilities include coordinating and/or developing marketing programs, provide leadership on economic development, key accounts and development of industrial, commercial and residential relationships, research and develop new ideas for services for economic development programs. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with personal computers, utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and email. Ability to demonstrate initiative and motivation to organize and complete tasks and meet deadlines, acting independently. Exempt position offers competitive salary and full benefits package.
