 Dynamic 501 (c)(6) regional economic development organization seeks seasoned professional for immediate opening as Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for identifying and mobilizing leaders in business, labor, education and government and building effective partnerships to address regional economic development issues.

 The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in analyzing complex issues and exercising sound judgment in recommending board actions, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a consensus builder, and have the ability to work independently and to correctly establish project priorities.

 Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience. Master’s degree preferred. Requires current residency in Madison or St. Clair County, Illinois, or relocation following employment.
