DEVELOPMENT ANALYST
The Economic Development Corporation of Jefferson County is actively seeking a Development Analyst.  The position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for efficient and effective exection of activities in one or more of the following areas:  grant writing and administration, business attraction and retention, and commercial/residential lending.  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business/public administration,  or economics and 2 years recent experience in community/economic development and/or a combination of education/experience required.

LOAN OFFICER
The Economic Development Corporation of Jefferson County is actively seeking a Loan Officer.  The position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for all EDC commercial loan programs and products including the SBA 504 program.  A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business/public administration or related field and 3 to 5 years experience in commercial lending and/or community/economic development required.

ADMINISTRATIVE LOAN ASSISTANT
The Economic Development Corporation of Jefferson County is actively seeking an Administrative Loan Assistant.  The position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible assistance with loan packaging, servicing, and closing.  A minimum of an Associates degree in business/public administration or related field and 1 to 2 years experience in commercial lending and/or community/economic development required.
