Lake Ozark, MO (June 14, 2017) – Jessica Craig, Executive Director Economic Development Sedalia-Pettis County, Sedalia , has been recognized by the Missouri Economic Development Council (MEDC) as the recipient of the 2017 MEDC President’s Award .

This prestigious award is given solely at the discretion of the MEDC president to single out and recognize an individual who has been of great assistance and made a significant impact during their time in office. Mark Stombaugh, CEcD, EDFP, MEDC President and Economic Development Manager, City of Blue Springs recognized Jessica with the presentation of this award at the MEDC Annual Conference on June 14 at the Lake of the Ozarks.

“In the history of this organization, Jessica Craig is only one of three individuals who have received the coveted President’s Award more than one time. This speaks volumes to the support that Jessica has shown me personally in my career but also her dedication to MEDC’s success. Jessica is doing great things in Sedalia – Pettis County!
