    If you were at the Annual Conference you heard that NDC’s EDFP certification course is returning to Missouri! Sponsored by our partners at University of Missouri SBTDC, this is a great opportunity to get your EDFP certification or get re-certified. Registration link and specific location in Springfield, MO will be announced shortly, but here is the basic information for your calendars. There will only be 50 seats available and those taking all three courses will be given priority.

    Course fee: $3,000 This is a great price AND you save a lot of travel costs.

    ED101: Economic Development Finance
    Explores economic development activities as part of a community’s overall economic development finance strategy and investigates the financing resources available for job creation projects.
    September 24-28, 2018 | Springfield, MO

    ED201: Business Credit Analysis
    Participants spread and analyze the financial statements of numerous actual companies and use economic development finance programs to structure fixed asset and permanent working capital financing packages.
    December 3-7, 2018 | Springfield, MO

    ED300: The Art of Deal Structuring
    Participants apply a process for solving problems in order to overcome the myriad obstacles to the successful structuring of business finance. The emphasis of this course is casework.

    There will also be a 3.5 day re-certification course, but those details haven’t been worked out yet.
